Landscaping SEO pricing for landscaping companies

Landscaping SEO pricing on this page is set by the month. Search work comes in three tiers that differ in how many pages and Strategic Content Assets we publish and in whether a website is part of the package. Ad pricing steps up with each platform added to the account.

Our invoice covers marketing hours and nothing that happens on a property. The prices below are the whole of our fee, and what each ad platform charges for clicks is billed to you by that platform.

Organic Growth tiers for the landscaping website and Maps listing

The three tiers are separated by pages, Strategic Content Assets and the managed website, not by promises about how many estimate requests arrive.
  • Organic Growth Silver

    $1,495/mo

For a landscaping company that already has a website and wants Maps, reviews and a steady run of new pages around it.

    • Twenty-five new landing pages a month, divided between design-build work and upkeep services
    • Strategic Content Assets: four are published on the site every month
    • Google Business Profile posts, project photos and question answers handled by our team
    • Review requests that go out after a handover or a finished season
    • Local SEO groundwork for each town on the company's work map
    • A monthly sheet of calls, form requests and the pages that earned them
  • Organic Growth Platinum

    $3,495/mo

The widest page output, aimed at companies working several towns, both design-build and maintenance, or a residential and commercial split.

    • One hundred new landing pages a month, so services, towns and neighborhoods can each have one
    • Twelve Strategic Content Assets published every month
    • The managed website, hosted and edited by us, with room for a gallery per project typeNot billed here
    • Maps listing, project photo and review work carried over from the lower tiers
    • A longer monthly review that ends with a plan for the coming season

Fees here cover our work only. Each platform charges for its clicks itself, and no startup fee or contract is attached to any tier.

Paid ads tiers for landscaping estimate campaigns

Each added platform raises the fee by the step shown on the cards. Clicks are charged by Google, Microsoft or Meta to the account you hold with them.
  • One ad platform

    $895/mo

Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram): the owner picks the one that carries the season.

    • Campaign build, keyword and audience setup and weekly tuning on the chosen platform
    • Search terms checked regularly so supply-yard and job-hunt clicks get blocked
    • Estimate requests counted and tied to the ad behind them
    • A monthly sheet showing what each click bought
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/mo

Google Ads and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) for people searching, plus Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for people browsing, run together as one plan.

    • A full build on every one of the three platforms, tuned weekly
    • One shared budget plan across all three, shifted toward whichever one is producing estimates
    • Seasonal ad calendars: spring design-build, fall cleanups, route-building for maintenance
    • A monthly sheet that compares all three platforms

Fees here cover our work only. Each platform charges for its clicks itself, and no startup fee or contract is attached to any tier.

Reading the landscaping plan sheets before a call

Silver, the entry search tier at $1,495 a month, assumes you already have a website we can build pages into. If the site is the weak edge of your online presence, the tiers that bring a managed website make more sense, and the jump to Gold is mostly about handing the site to us.

Page counts make more sense read against your service list. A company that sells patios, walls, planting and weekly lawn visits across several towns has a lot of service and town combinations to cover. A company with one core service in two towns has far fewer. We usually count them together on the call, and the tier follows from the count.

Ad management works the other way round. Think about which jobs the crews can absorb in the next few months, then decide how many platforms that justifies. One platform can carry a company with a narrow aim, while two or three suit one with several services to fill.

Nobody has to dig out of a long agreement here: a startup fee never enters the picture and nothing binds you at the other end either. Our pages on search work and ad management lay out what each line does, and the services page puts the two side by side.

Questions about landscaping plan prices

Does landscaping SEO pricing change with the number of towns we serve?
The tiers are priced by monthly output, not by a per-town fee. More towns usually means more pages to write, so a wide service area tends to lean toward a higher tier. We count the towns on the call and say which tier fits.
Is the ad budget for a landscaping company included in the monthly fee?
No. Our fee covers the management work. Each platform charges for the clicks itself, so ad spend is paid straight to Google, Microsoft or Meta and is yours to raise or lower.
Can a lawn route business start on Silver and move to Gold later?
That is an ordinary path. Silver builds pages around the site you already have, and a move to Gold swaps in a managed website with more pages each month. The timing is worth discussing on the call.
What does a landscaping company pay before the first month begins?
Only the plan itself. No startup fee exists, so the first invoice is the first month of work.
Can a maintenance outfit end the plan when the busy weeks pass?
No contract sits behind any tier, so there is nothing to break. Whether a pause suits the way your route calendar runs is a good thing to raise on the call.
Does any landscaping plan promise a number of estimate visits?
No tier promises calls, forms or estimates. The tiers describe work delivered to your site, listing and ad accounts, and the monthly sheet shows what came in.

Lay the next season out on one sheet, then talk it through

On the call our CEO goes over which crews have room, which towns you want to reach and whether the budget belongs in search, in ads or in both. You hear one monthly price and a candid view of what would help. Nothing gets dug until you say so.

The wall and the planting along the bottom are a drawing, not a forecast of anyone's calendar.
